Just a reminder, the last time to complete YQCA with Mrs. Moody is June 29th. YQCA is due July 1. If you are showing photos at the state fair, please reach out to Mrs. Moody. She will also help register animals for both county and state fairs.
Kinder Camp is planned for Friday, August 4th from 9:00-10:30. We invite and would love to see all children planning to attend Kindergarten in 2023-24 at Twin Cedars. It's a great opportunity for the children to learn about Kindergarten and reduce any of those sneaky anxieties! Please call the office (641-944-5245) and let us know your child is coming.

If you are planning to show animals at the Marion, Mahaska, or Monroe County Fairs or the Iowa State Fair this is for you! YQCA is mandatory for showing and must be completed by July 1st! There are four options to get it done!
Mrs. Moody will also be available to help with FairEntry from 1-2 on the 23rd and 29th! Both YQCA and FairEntry are required to show! Contact Mrs. Moody if you have questions.
Beginning Thursday, June 22, the high school gym will be closed for floor resurfacing. Should open back up around July 10.

We are sad to share that this morning an accident occurred on school grounds during work on a construction project. As a result, a construction worker died. There were no other injuries to either construction workers or school personnel. At this time we are not releasing any other details or information as we are waiting for families of the construction worker to be notified and giving law enforcement an opportunity to investigate the incident.
